Long+Page is a team of business trial lawyers with demonstrated records of success. We came together out of a powerful desire to focus only on what matters: the success of our clients. We work with dedication, tenacity and commitment to prevail in significant, high-stakes business disputes that others don't or won't.
Our sharp, dedicated focus is what sets us apart.
Long+Page focuses on one thing: the success of our clients. We begin every potential client relationship with an in-depth discussion and analysis of needs and objectives so that we know, understand and agree with those goals. We commit every resource necessary to achieve success, and we work as an attentive, responsive and professional team to reach the finish line together. Since achieving the resolution of our clients' disputes is simply our highest priority, we employ innovative strategies and often structure relationships in which we only succeed when our
clients succeed.
We partner with our clients through every aspect of a case's prosecution, from trial through appeal. While we conduct much of our work on an hourly basis, we recognize that many of our clients have suffered significant injury to their businesses, which leaves them unable to hire hourly counsel in order to fully and effectively prosecute a case. Often these injured businesses are also unable to obtain traditional financing. In these instances, we partner with our clients to give them the financial strength they need to take their disputes to a jury or judge to determine a just outcome. Our partnerships include structures that include hourly billing, blended hourly/incentive-based fees, set project fees that allow for predictable client budgeting, partial risk-based and full risk-based (including advancement of costs and expenses) fee arrangements. These strategies ensure that our interests are completely in line with the interests of our clients.
Long+Page is a strategically focused team of business trial lawyers. Our dedication and commitment to this specific area enables us to concentrate exclusively on the needs of our clients in significant business disputes. We intentionally built our practice on the strong belief that client success leads to attorney success, not the other way around. We spent years sitting through meetings focusing on profits-per-partner, attorney salaries and billable hour requirements, and eventually realized that the large firm business model led to a focus on the attorneys, not the clients. In an innovative and independent environment, our attorneys can focus on the client, rather than on traditional law firm economics. Our dedication to winning for our clients motivates our tireless drive toward successful results.
Reid A. Page is no longer practicing as an attorney with the firm, but remains a partner in Long+Page LLP for the purpose of securing his economic interest in the firm earned through his contributions and efforts through February 17, 2013.
